Get to know Kristen Darkey

Kristen is a Manager at ProspHire with expertise in strategic operations, process improvement, system implementation and quality management. She is a results-driven professional focused on building innovation, streamlining operations and driving measurable improvements that enable her clients to achieve sustainable success. Her commitment to excellence and collaborative approach makes her a trusted partner in achieving organizational goals. 

Before joining ProspHire, Kristen served as the Strategic Operations & Institute Planning Project Manager at a staple health network in Pittsburgh. In this role, she led large-scale multidisciplinary initiatives and managed several national and international accreditations for the network. Leveraging data-driven analyses, she consistently drove process improvements across her projects.   

She holds a bachelor’s degree in public health from Saint Francis University, a master’s degree in health care administration from Robert Morris University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).   

Fun Fact: Kristen is an outdoor enthusiast who loves to spend her free time traveling & trying out new hobbies with her husband and two Aussies.
