ProspHire Ranked First on the Pittsburgh Business Times Fast 50 List

The woman-owned, national Firm ranked #8 on the overall list of fastest growing companies in Western Pennsylvania

PITTSBURGH, PA., Sept. 29, 2020 – ProspHire ranked #1 on the Pittsburgh Business Times Fast 50 list of the fastest growing private companies in Western Pennsylvania under $10m. The award recognized the Firm for their tremendous 133% revenue growth between 2017 and 2019. The Pittsburgh-based, woman-owned national healthcare firm ranked #8 on the list overall. ProspHire ranked #4 on the same list in 2019.

“Growth in revenue is an outgrowth of culture. Our business grows when our clients are happy. Our clients are happy because our people are. It’s as simple as that,” said Lauren Miladinovich, ProspHire’s Managing Principal and CEO. “All that said, we put our people before profit in every decision we make and that’s why our culture is as strong as it is.”

Christopher Miladinovich, ProspHire’s Principal and SVP of Consulting, said, “We are very pleased to be recognized by Pittsburgh Business Times twice over for our exponential growth. In five years, ProspHire has grown by more than 600% and is now a $10m+ professional services firm. This ranking is a testament to the investment we have made in our people and the infrastructure they need to be successful. Unlike some companies that are pausing hiring or waiting out the pandemic, we are charging forward and setting ambitious, yet responsible growth goals.”

ProspHire is no stranger to workplace accolades. The Firm was named one of Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work (2020) and ranked #790 (in the top 16%) on the Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest growing companies (2020). In 2019, the Pittsburgh Business Times ranked ProspHire #1 mid-size company on their Best Workplaces list, and ProspHire was also named one of Inc.
